Request data deletion

PickRoute UK is operated by DANIEL BUSINESS SUPPORT LTD. You do not need a PickRoute account to use the app or to request deletion.

Send a deletion request

  1. Email grigoriudaniel2@gmail.com with the subject “PickRoute data deletion”.
  2. Tell us which information you want deleted, such as a support conversation or an optional diagnostic report. An approximate date, app version or existing support reference can help us locate it.
  3. We will reply if we need information to verify the request or locate the records, and explain what can be deleted or must be retained.

Opening the email link does not send a message automatically. We cannot necessarily match a technical report or a generated SDK identifier to your email address.

Information on your device

Saved places or searches, recent destinations, vehicle settings, preferences, trip-resume information and local blockage reports are stored on your device. Use the available removal controls in the app, or clear the app’s storage in Android settings to remove its local data. Uninstalling the app also removes its local app data; device backups and files you exported elsewhere are managed separately through your operating system or file service. Downloaded map regions can be deleted in Offline Maps.

Stop navigation to end active trip tracking. In Settings, turn off “Share technical diagnostics” to stop new optional PickRoute reports. The map information/attribution control provides a separate Mapbox telemetry choice. These choices do not delete data already received by a provider.

What is deleted or retained

We can process valid requests to erase support messages and attachments, identifiable optional diagnostic reports, and other personal records we control that we can locate. We may need to keep limited records to meet a legal obligation, handle an unresolved complaint or dispute, or protect the service. If an exception applies, we will explain the reason and applicable retention period in our response.

The PickRoute route/search gateway does not write request bodies or route results to its usage database. It retains aggregate service counts, not a personal journey history. Those aggregate counts cannot be matched to a deletion request. Mapbox and other service providers have separate processing and retention rules, described in our privacy policy.

Optional Sentry diagnostic events expire under the retention applied when received. Sentry publishes 30 days for its free Developer plan and 90 days for paid plans; earlier events may follow the plan active when collected. Identifiable reports may be removed earlier following a valid request. Support correspondence is kept while needed to handle the request and any follow-up, complaint, dispute or legal obligation.
