PickRoute UK is operated by DANIEL BUSINESS SUPPORT LTD. Email grigoriudaniel2@gmail.com. For an app problem, include the version shown in Settings, your device and a short description. For a road-data issue, include the road name, direction of travel and approximate location if you are comfortable sharing them. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
Cameras and restrictions
Camera alerts and vehicle restrictions depend on available road data. If something is missing or wrong, a report with the road and direction helps us investigate. Stop safely before taking screenshots or sending a report.
Offline maps
Downloaded map regions can be viewed without internet. Searching and calculating new routes need a connection. Manage downloaded regions from the Offline tab.
Location and diagnostics
Manage location permission in the phone’s settings. Stop the trip to end active navigation. Optional Sentry diagnostics can be turned off in PickRoute Settings. Mapbox telemetry controls are available from the map information button.
Saved searches in the next update
Newly saved online searches will retain your entered text. Open the saved item, run the search and choose the matching place before planning. An older saved place will ask you to enter its address again. Cancelling leaves the saved item unchanged. Existing TestFlight 2.0.20 still uses the earlier saved-place format.
