OpenStreetMap
© OpenStreetMap contributors. OpenStreetMap data is available under the Open Database License (ODbL). PickRoute uses road observations from OpenStreetMap, including regional extracts supplied by Geofabrik and queries to Overpass. Coverage and completeness vary; missing observations do not mean a road is unrestricted. The complete logical PickRoute regional OSM catalogue is available as a machine-readable download under ODbL 1.0. This is a regional set of observations, not a complete UK road database.

Ordnance Survey
The Ordnance Survey connection is disabled. OS road-width observations and height, width and total-weight restriction checks are unavailable. Other road-data sources may have incomplete coverage; a missing restriction does not confirm vehicle clearance.
National Highways
Powered by National Highways’ Transport Data Feeds PickRoute uses the Road and Lane Closure feed for available closure information on England’s strategic road network. This source does not cover every local road or the whole United Kingdom.
Software licences
Open-source software acknowledgements are listed separately under Settings → Open-source licences. Data-source acknowledgements do not certify the accuracy of a route or grant permission to redistribute every underlying dataset.
